Q: How do pre-orders work?

A: Pre-orders get you an item before they’re in stock and sold out, so these items will take longer to ship than other items. If you place an order for an item that’s in stock along with a pre-order item, you will receive two different shipments. Pre-order items will be shipped at a later time.

Q: How long is the shipping process?

A: Orders can take 2-3 business days to process. Once orders have processed and leave our facility, shipping can take 3-7 business days. A shipping confirmation email will always be sent in order to keep you updated on shipping process.

International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon!

Q: Do you accept refunds and exchanges?

A: Refunds and exchanges are not accepted as all sales are final. We ask that you revise your order details, sizing and shipping process before finalizing your order.

Q: I didn’t receive my order?/ My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

A: Delivery handling is processed by USPS. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking number. We kindly ask that you use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. In the event of a delay with your package, point of contact would be USPS as they can provide you with the most accurate information regarding the status of your package. If your package has been lost or is marked as delivered but not received, please note that you are responsible for contacting USPS directly to inquire about any shipping problems or to file a claim and/or dispute for lost, misplaced or stolen items. We are unable to assist with disputes for packages once they are in transit with USPS. Thank you for understanding!

Q: I have a question/concern regarding my order?

A: We’re more than happy to help! Please send us an email to info@mishkanapparel.com with all details, questions or concerns and we’ll do our best to reply within 24-48 hrs.

Q: Can I cancel my order or make adjustments?

A: Yes! Orders can be cancelled or adjusted within 24hrs of when the order was placed. Please be sure to send us an email to info@mishkanapparel.com with subject line stating: Cancel my order or Update my order; along with order number. EXP: Cancel my order:012345.

*Note that orders that have been processed and sent out for shipping cannot be cancelled nor adjusted.

Q: Can I make a donation?

A: Bless your heart, of course you can! Donations are welcome. All you have to do is send us an email through Contact Us with details on your donation and we will contact you with further details.

Q: How does your sizing run? Is it true to size?

A: Our sizing is unisex and is true to unisex sizing. However, if you want an oversized fit get 1 size up. If you want a baggy oversized fit get 2 sizes up. For specific details on sizing follow our chart below.
